Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products, used items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

If a return is approved, the item must be unused, and in its original form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
